Helping Others Understand the Hidden Impact of Incarceration on Families
I believe that every story has the power to educate, inspire, and create change.
As a healthcare executive, advocate, and wife of an incarcerated individual, I bring a unique perspective that bridges lived experience and professional leadership. For three decades, I have worked in healthcare, helping individuals navigate complex systems and advocating for vulnerable populations.
My personal journey through incarceration, caregiving, grief, and resilience has deepened my understanding of the challenges faced by justice-impacted families and the importance of creating spaces where their voices are heard.
Through storytelling and education, I aim to increase awareness, reduce stigma, and encourage meaningful conversations about the far-reaching effects of incarceration on families and communities.
