It is the story of standing beside my husband through incarceration while continuing to build a life, raise a family, pursue my education, and find strength in places I never expected.

It is also a story about growth. This book does not tell our entire journey. It tells the chapter of our lives where I grew the most, where I learned to navigate a complicated system because I had to, and where I discovered strengths within myself that I never knew existed.
